The Proof
Same panel. Drag the line.
Swirl marks under the inspection light on one side, corrected clear coat on the other. This is what a two-stage correction actually does — no filter, no glaze.
SwirledCorrectedThe Craft
Correction is measured. Coating is earned.
Eight years on Johnson County paint has taught us one rule: never coat a defect. Here is the exact sequence every correction and coating job follows.
Measure
Every correction starts with a paint-depth gauge and inspection lighting — we map the defects and tell you exactly which stage your paint needs. No guessing, no overselling.
Correct
Machine polishing in controlled stages, checked panel by panel under the light. Swirls, holograms, and oxidation come out of the clear coat — they don't get hidden under filler glaze.
Protect
Ceramic coating goes over corrected paint only, applied panel by panel and cured indoors for 12 hours. You leave with the care routine in writing and an annual inspection on us.

The bay, between stages. One vehicle at a time — the lighting is the quality control.

What Owners Notice
“They walked me around the car under the inspection light before AND after. The swirl marks from years of tunnel washes were just gone — the walkthrough alone was worth it.”

Care & Maintenance
Questions We Get in the Bay
How soon can I wash the car after a ceramic coating?
Give the coating 7 days to fully cure before the first wash. After that, hand wash or touchless only — skip brush tunnels entirely, which is most of why the coating stays glossy for years.
How do I maintain the finish between details?
A two-bucket hand wash every couple of weeks, a dedicated drying towel, and no automatic brush washes. We walk you through the exact routine at pickup — it takes five minutes to learn.
Do I need paint correction before a ceramic coating?
Usually, yes. A coating locks in whatever is underneath it, swirl marks included. We inspect your paint under the light at drop-off and tell you honestly whether a single-stage pass is enough — or needed at all.
How often should a daily driver get a full detail?
For most Johnson County daily drivers: a full interior or exterior detail every 4–6 months, with express details in between. Kids, pets, or a gravel commute move that schedule up.
How long does a ceramic coating actually last?
Our durability tiers are rated for 2 or 5 years with proper maintenance — that means hand washing and an annual inspection, which we include. No coating is 'never wash your car again,' and we won't tell you otherwise.
How far out are you booking?
Typically 3–10 days, depending on the package. Same-week slots open up — call and we'll tell you exactly what's available.
